Inter Collegiate Cultural Competition
Guidelines for the Cultural event
Each team can include the following program based on the theme
- Theme- theme same as that of conference.
- Dance- Solo, Group ( classical/western/eastern/ folk) are allowed
- Song- Solo, Group (classical/western/eastern/ folk are allowed) music can be played by individual or back ground music.
- Skit
- M C (Master of Ceremony) (must)
- Fashion Show
- Mime
Note:-
- One Team per Institute and only 15minutes for Each Team including stage setting & clearance
- To participate in Cultural Program, Registration for the Conference is Mandatory
- Google form to be sent within the specified date, if incomplete, incorrect or fake, the cultural committee has the right to reject the application form.
- Representatives from each college need to be presentat the given time on the day of conference for the Slots to be allotted using lottery system.
- Props required for the performance should be arranged by the respective team only
- The team should be ready 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Judgment will be based on rhythm, formation, expression, costume, make up, synchronization/co-ordination, clarity of voice, quality of sound, lyrics, choreography, props, timing, creativity, use of stage, M.C, clear theme, and overall performance.
- Any theme other than that of conference theme will be disqualified.
- Judges decision is the final decision.
Rules and regulations:-
- Maximum number of participants restricted in each team to 35.
- To participate in Cultural Program, Registration for the Conference is Mandatory.
- Last date of registration is on or before 31st March 2025 with duly filled Google form sent by Principal.
- No dangerous props such as fire, hazardous materials that could pose danger to the performers are not allowed to be used.
- No extra time will be provided for stage setting & clearance.
- Costumes not be vulgar/obscene/abusive. It should be respectful towards all religion, culture, tradition and ethnicity.
- Participants strictly need to adhere to the rules & regulations of the event, follow proper discipline, including appropriate behavior, language&respect with each other.
- Music files shall be submitted in two copies in USB flash drive 30 mins before the scheduled time of the event.
- Instructions on Preliminary rounds will be given shortly.
Participants must send their entries to theevent mail id karnatakaphysiocon2025cultural@gmail.com on or before 31.03.2025.
Kindly note - Any team registering after the mentioned date will not be considered.
